Leadership by Example

This Element offers a portrait of leadership exemplars in UK finance. This Element identifies three types of exemplary leaders: the sage, the hero, and the novice. This Element sheds light on the virtues and psychology of leading by example. It also shows what the humanities can contribute to the dynamic field of leadership studies.
