First published in 1994, The Wealth of Communities presents the stories of ten custodian communities — from Philippines to Poland, from Ecuador to Zimbabwe-who demonstrate intelligent action and care in governing their ‘territories of life’. Their examples inspired other communities and nourished lessons still valid today.
